1. What is your return policy?

We will credit you for returns accompanied by your email receipt or shipping slip receipt made within 30 days of the purchase for the price paid in the original form of payment. Merchandise without an email receipt or shipping slip receipt may not be returned. To learn more about our return policy, click here.

2. What size should I get?

Our products are unisex sizing. Use the size guide to determine your best fit for each product.

3. What is your Rescue Partner Program?

The Dogist Rescue Partner Program empowers local shelters by helping fund their rescue work and highlighting adoptable dogs from their shelters and foster networks. Each season, we partner with a new rescue organization and donate a portion of each sale from The Dogist Shop to help continue their work. Our goal is to help find dogs homes and help feed them along the way. To learn more about our Rescue Partner Program, click here.

4. Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. International customers are responsible for duties upon receipt.

5. Can I become a Dogist Ambassador?

Yes! We are always looking for new ambassadors to share stories and celebrate our amazing product lines. Anyone can apply. Please fill out the form here to do so.

6. Where is your apparel made?

Our apparel is made in Vermont. To learn more, about how our product is made, click here.

7. How much does shipping cost?

We use UPS as our preferred shipping partner and costs are based on weight and shipping destination.

8. How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing followed by the chosen shipping method.

9. Where can I find my tracking?

Once an order is shipped, the customer will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information. Customers can find their tracking via the chatbot (? In the bottom corner of the site) as well.

10. What if you’re out of my size?

We will restock ASAP and appreciate your patience! We recommend signing up for the out of stock email list on that product page so that you will be the first to know when it has returned.
